Is there any increase in seback or in Zoning? As the increase in purchasable covered area will only be possible if the rear or front zoning is changed.
Suppose i have constructed a house by availing earlier permissible 60% FAR on Ground Floor and now want to avail Purchasable FAR right of 6% then what i need to do and where this will be permissible ( on rear side OR in Front)?
I want to avail it in the rear .
Please share if have some clarification.

The Concerned authority, will give / provide all the details in implementing the Govt. order. Zoning revisions needs to be done and it might possible that huda give some coverage in the rear zoning.
